A good read to know how to cook Meat dishes
Nice illustrations and explanations of all the steps. The variety of dishes for Mutton are more than Chicken. May be the author should also add in more chicken dishes.

Excellent book with meticulous, delicious recipies
An excellent book with metculously explained delicious recipies. I have made many of the recipies given in the book, and they all came out very well! Both elaborate and simple dishes, traditional and unusual! An insight into the culinary expertise of the Maharaja of Sailana.

Great Book
Great recipes and wonderful book. One thing, I cant get is why is the References to Other recipes is by Recipe numbers (see above), not by Page numbers. How does one find the recipes by numbers? Counting them in Page of contents?
