These are great for nosebleeds
My husband had an uncontrollable nose bleed so we had to go to the ER. They used these and they worked great. I got some for home just in case.

Great product, but you still have to know how to use them.
These don't work any better for stopping nose bleeds than your fingers. But, if you get a really bad bleed, you may tire, or have to drive, etc... I wouldn't be without them in nosebleed season. The key thing is to apply pressure in the correct place for the type of bleed you have. Many people have the wrong advice. The most complete video I have seen is "10 ways to Stop a Nose Bleed - A Surgeon Explains" by Vik Veer. I found them a little tight, but if you spread them apart they can be made to be comfortable for different sizes.
