Bought this for my wife, here's her response, The material ia vry gd soft cotton though it says made from bamboo.... Breathable fabric as it is a mesh. For those who said pads dnt stick, in their review, its a mesh which keeps changing the shape each tym we remove it. Its a pad fixator not a panty. It fixes the pad vry well no staining at all. I used it for 3wks post partum. N they can b washed n reused cloth is of vry gd quality, girls can use it for period days too. N the peculiar shape ppl are talking abt is, like boy shorts, hence the prob in sticking pads. Buy it of ur size exactly n it dies the wrk fine

Pros: So soft Very much helpful after delivery especially after C-section since stitches will be very low under Ur abdomen it is not possible to wear a underwear below the stitches. As this material is too soft It didn't hurt the stitches when it is worn even above the stitches and Ur abdomen will not be in perfect shape soon after delivery and it ll be fragile for which this fixator works better. Only disadvantage is it won't stick well with pad

It's disposable that's a good thing. But the main problem is the elastic band fall exactly over the caesarian cut line and tends to cause pain and irritation to the area. So the user needs to wear it little low which is again not a comfortable fit. Also a big problem is that it can't take the load of wet sanitary pad and tends to fall down.

100% with for money, comfortness, softness and thickness. Its better to use those who had cesarean delivery and also post delivery mother. It will reduce the abdominal girth of the mother after. Confidently, I can say it's with for mothers who underwent cesarean delivery.👌👌👌

I used this pad fixator after my cesarian delivery. It is very good but the thickness of the material is very thin so when you roll down for peeing the pad on the pad fixator would come out and the cloth gets rolled when you try to take down your pad fixator through your legs and it is very difficult to roll up again in my situation as I was in pain. P.S : pad doesn't come along with the pad liner. You need to buy pads seperately.

The mesh is soft, comfortable. The fit is great can be pulled way up where it'll not sit on the C section stitches and hurt. But what is the point of this product when the brands own maternity pads will not stick to it? I tried this with newborn maternity pads - maxi as well whisper ultra thin and absolutely nothing sticks to it. The hospital recommends this too, but I honestly have no clue why. I stained multiple of those disposable sheets they have when I used this. I had to move on to another brand's (Clovia) period panties. The diaper type. That worked great. Will definitely recommend that over this nonsensical product. So in conclusion waste of money for post partum bleeding. I've absolutely no clue what else anyone would need this kind of product for, so if you're getting it for some other purpose feel free to disregard my overall rating. As far as comfort, softness and thickness goes it's a 5 stars from me.
