But I thought I would Try this brand before I gave up on black vinegar. I didn't have high hopes but now I'm glad I did! This Soeos vinegar is excellent! Black vinegar made right! I would give it 10 stars if I could!Great deep, complex flavor! Rolls over the tongue very pleasantly ... not harsh and cheap like the other brand.Aroma is pleasant. Not over-whelming of vinegar.Good body.You can't go wrong with this. I can't wait to use this for a dipping sauce for dumplings and/or chicken! I will definitely buy again!!!!

Very good mild tart taste, very good on my vegetables not to much mind you. This has so many healthy nutrients that beneficial for your body, I marinade my chicken breast with it, not to much though. I put 2tbsp in my dish first add the chicken breast mix it all around to insure complete coverage let it set 1 hour or over night then I put my seasoning on it and let set 30 minutes to 1 hour. You don't taste the vinegar at all. I cook it in my Air Fryer PRO. Delicious 😋
