Aguanta los golpes bastante bien, el principal detalle es acomodarlo (cómo todos los productos similares). Pero una vez que encuentras esa posición perfecta, nada está fuera de su lugar y todo está muy bien protegido. Yo entreno HEMA y puedo corroborar que soporta bastante bien los golpes de espadas, lanzas y sables de acero sin daños al producto o a la persona.

Like a lot of guys, I always found cups uncomfortable. My sack was always poking out the sides. I play hockey 3-4 times a week and just powered through. I'm not particularly well hung, a good average at best and really didn't think I needed this. But oh yes I did! Way more comfortable and I actually forget I'm wearing it. Guys, you don't have to be porn-worthy to be this cup worthy. Highly recommend.

First off I'lol address the slightly ambiguous title. What I mean is that with some guards I've seen they require under shorts where the cup will slide into when wearing. Whilst this is a good idea it's not something I wanted to risk on the shorts fitting me. The cup itself fits well and is comfortable provided you get the positioning correct during initial application. The only downside I've found is if it's not correctly positioned the cup will move slightly and whilst it will still give you protection it can be a little bit distracting during sparring. Overall though I was happy with the delivery speed and the product in general.
