Bought it to make keto-ade. It is extremely useful to balance electrolytes and in the right amount works like magic on water retention or muscle cramps due to loss of electrolytes. Price is on the higher side but options are limited in India and it works effectively.

My Nutritionist approved my purchase because she said it provides potassium, which will help with my diet. It's a great alternative to standard salt, taste like salt even though I don't use much salt if rarely. However when I want a little salt I use this and when baking for lower sodium intake.

We use this all the time! Tastes exactly as salt always does. Less salt when you ingest it.

I love this salt even though its low salt there isn't much difference and it's better for your health value for money I don't think it's as fine as the normal salt but that's my opinion

I use it for cooking rice because I don't eat potatoes or yogurts but need the potassium and its perfect for that. In my opinion it has the best potassium/sodium ratio and texture is perfect.

Definitely the best salt substitute I’ve ever tasted, but this way to reduce my sodium is just not for me. Were I continue to use this modality I would use this. Hence, my rating of ‘only 4 stars’ hence no 5 star rating from me. The health benefits, ease of use, size & weight of product are all ok. FOR ME: I have decided I live my life healthily and reduce my sodium levels in other ways. IF YOU SEEK A SODIUM SUBSTITUTE, BUY THIS ONE!
