I took the chance and got a large. I have very many fajas bc I have had 3 surgeries. 2 BBLs and back arm with upper back lipo. I am 4 weeks post op after my round 2 BBL. Waist is 29 in Hips 48 in and I'm 191. This is amazing. Feels light weight. I have a lumbar and lipo board in eith these pictures. I wish it fit my hips to get a large but it dont. The large or medium would fit my stomach PERFECT. I will lose about 20 lbs once I hit the gym in a month and hopefully get to a large. Definitely my favorite one and I have 11 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIT AS PICTURED BUT MUST SIZE UP!!! *by J***C on August 11, 2018* For size reference I’m 5’3 127 lbs bra size 34B wear women’s Small and I got size M which is one size up and it fits perfect! Didn’t have any difficulty getting on or off. Has a nice interior bodice lining. The bra & butt area has the soft cotton fabric so it’s not too constrictive which I really like. The inseam length came below my knees just as pictured. My only complaint is I wished it had more eyehook adjustable rows. This only has two so not enough room for looser or tighter compression fit. Also I wished the bathroom opening towards the back side was a bit wider/higher for #2 business so one didn’t have to remove garment but otherwise it’s great. Yes I highly recommend. Just my personal opinion that this would fit thin to medium sized women comfortably might not work for women who are bigger in the thigh, butt or boob area. There are other faja garments more suitable for those type of shaped women.
