Yes you can serve milk in it. I have two miracle cups, one I use exclusively for water and another for milk.

Is the shipping free by ibhejo? Can the handles of the cup be removed if the baby doesn't like it

It's expensive from ibhejo, you can buy the same thing at mothercare at much cheaper price. The handles are not removable
