Flax seed was ok but chia seeds were not upto the mark also it had tiny stones in it, it doesn't expands like other chia seeds,small in size but packaging was perfect and the delivery too was quick. The delivery boy too really helped me to get Amazon pay balance.

I usually add the seeds into my diet such as during breakfast or other food items. But, the flax seeds are very salty. Please reduce the salt contents.
