Works well careful who you buy it from.
The thermostat works well only took a friendly electrician less than ten minutes to install as the existing thermostat had 3 wires. Guess I could have done it if the wiring diagrams showed just three wires and the help line would not tell me which went where.Been in use just over a week and have needed to tweak the settings a bit. Not a difficult thing to do.However the supplier was useless. Two failed delivery dates and finally delivered after again chasing some two weeks after original delivery date. I used Plumbing Supermarket.

Working as intended
Bought one week ago. Arrived in pre-opened box, probably a "return". But everything was present, including two batteries (loose, not in plastic packing). No damage visible, so I installed and it all works fine. Has a "five blink" (the strongest) wireless connection at a distance of 5 metres through a plasterboard and wooden joist ceiling. Easily customisable via the installer settings (full instructions were enclosed).

Straight swop
Bought this to replace my Honeywell CM921 that had a failure with the liquid screen bleeding into unreadable black blobs. Fortunately the wiring to the old receiver could stay in place on the back plate, so only needed to unclip the front half and replace it with the new front part which was, of course factory programmed to talk to the new CmT727D and the system was working. Five minute job. Great result.

So easy to install
So simple to install just connect to ac for the receiver and a pair to the thermostat input and it worked first time. I installed this for a friend who used to switch the heating on by climbing into the loft!!! This has transformed her winter life never mind the safety issuesProgramming is simple and intuitiveI have an earlier model and this just works.

Easy to set up
I bought this to replace a thermostat on which the display had faded. Easy to fit as the relay used the same wall backing plate, and snapped into place, and the new thermostat linked to it as soon as it was turned on.

Easy to use.
Does a great job. Went for the easy option and got a plumber to fit. It took him 5 minutes to fit. Job Done !!!

Good product
Easy to install, more expensive than Salus but looks nicer. Signal is great and do not need WiFi.,Ready for winter, I’m happy for now.
