Showed up 2 days early. Fortunately I was available. I was not alerted by Amazon or USPS that they arrived. Just happened to check on their status and saw they were delivered. Seller had nothing to do with that, USPS and Amazon dropped the ball. They looked great and healthy and were of different sizes and types. Very pleased with the product itself. 5 stars for the product. I can't let a poor performance from USPS and Amazon influence my satisfaction with the seller. I do suggest using a different carrier.

Giving 1 star because the snails were mostly dead, and I prefer my snails to be alive.

All 12 arrived alive and survived. Not much color variety in the shipment, pretty much all dark in color, no pretty gold ones or anything unusual. Mystery snails in same shipment were another story... 1 arrived very dead, another was basically dead as it never went up in the glass bowl I put them in to make sure they were alive, 3rd was floating at top of tank a couple days later...assuming other two are still alive as they haven't floated after about a week. Bummer on those.

Do not recommend. Day1, two are dead - floating on top of the water. Three are standing upright on the rocks I put them on and I’m assuming will be dead soon. Color assortment? As seen in the pictures - brown only.

Mostly Alive, had a couple DOA's but I know at least 7 of the 10 snails are doing very well and seem quite healthy. They were a variety of sizes and colors so definitely true to the description!

All of the snails were good sizes, healthy, happy and alive and are still doing great a month later. I did order the varity and I received all12 zebras but after I reached out they gave me a partial refund so I'm satisfied
