Works well for me
I started using this at a suggestion from a friend to help with weight loss. And maybe TMI, but it does keep me very umm regular😅. And let's just say larger bathroom deposits than before😆. This stuff works well for me, and with no other crazy side effects. Disclaimer- i'm not a doctor, and am only sharing my own personal experience.

A good thing for Octoberfest
I don't know if I can ever really rate a supplement 5 stars because you would really have to know it's working. I bought these to help with water retention. I don't know if they have any lasting effect but they seem to work well when I am a little bloat-y. Seems to work really well on beer. :-)
