A great set of lights and so versatile! I use these lights for product photography and I love how small they are. Much better than the huge umbrella lights I was using before. I bought some small table top tripod stands for these lights and it works great. They are light enough to be moved about or held in place to get the perfect shot. The temperature control is fantastic. These lights are really hard wearing. I've used them almost every day for 6 months and they haven't let me down. The bags are really handy if you need to transport the lights too. The only let down I would say is the screws are a little temperamental. They come loose after a while even if the lights haven't been moved/handled.

The solid aluminium is probably the first thing you will notice. You will also notice that it looks like and has the specs of other branded versions which literally cost hundreds of pounds. I’m using them for interviews, but as you can also run them off battery power, it would make a great bit of lighting for fieldwork – it is certainly robust enough for it. These lights have exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, performance, and value for money.One of the best things about these Neewer lights is their versatility. With a bi-color temperature range of 3200K-5600K, they can be easily adjusted to match the ambient lighting conditions of any environment. Absolutely amazed at both the quality, looks and performance of this light. Its very solid and has a nice weight to it, very bright and easy to adjust too, so happy with my new light.

These were purchased to replace an aging set of traditional lights. Their smaller size does make them easier to set up and I don't have to worry about heat in the same way as I did before. I'm using these for product photography rather than video and in order to have them bright enough I have to use both sets of LEDs at the same time (warm and cool white). Unfortunatley this creates quite a colour cast. It can of course be tweaked on the computer but its not ideal. I think I would have been better getting some high CRI lights. Build quality seems good but having the cord permanently fitted to the lights is awkward. I don't think these are bad lights but I probably wouldn't buy again.

I certainly do not regret buying these lights. They’re so bright, and as a makeup artist, they work perfectly for me, helps me get amazing pictures and videos.

Far from cheap but these are quite versatile light units. Mains power is a big plus as previous battery powered ones failed at the first charge. Accessories such as barn doors and soft boxes are available to fit these units, but again, are not cheap.

Good lights, but I bought two and now one has stopped working after pretty minimal use.
