A proper text book on the subject
Comprehensive coverage of the subject. Very good book at the under-graduate level. Also useful in preparing for competitive exams after +2, provided you are ready to devote the time to completely understand the subject. Number Theory is one of the purest branch of mathematics. For the un-initiated it is difficult to imagine how much treasure is hidden in this area, which looks so mundane at first sight.
