Is it a good plastic and sharp for french fries

I bought this because my kids love potato fries and it’s so helpful for the purpose. Even yesterday my wife prepared its easy to deliver as blade so sharpened and strong plastic as well. I highly recommend this product. Indeed a Worthy product !!

can it cut onion also in very small pieces
