I bought this for my daughter who is very vitamin d deficient and has depression and other problems from that, it is giving her more energy and bringing her back to life. Seriously her vitamin deficiency made my 17 year old so depressed she was just staying in her room and sleeping, she seemed really ill and she kept getting sick and I asked the doctor to test her for mono and strep etc, so the blood work came back with diagnosis of deficiencies that were making her ill as she was depressed and getting a lot of viruses and had a high white blood cell count.this is returning her back to the energetic girl she was. I bought this plus vitamin d and magnesium/ coral calcuim all from source naturals after a recommendation from my friend who is a massage therapist and voga instructor, when I told her about my daughter's diagnosis My friend recommended this specific brand and what to buy and said it was formulated for bringing back people who had cancer and aids and was the best because it was full strength. I liked the fact that this was from natural sources and not gmo etc. The delivery was timely. I have since bought a bottle for myself too.

The vitamins work great. No complaint there, but there has been a recurring problem with the packaging.The plastic bottle is shipped in a paper envelope with minimal bubble wrap with insufficient protection from handling. It is not uncommon for the bottle to be dented or the lid damaged. (see attached photo). Solution - use adequate bubble wrap or even better a small box.We keep the lid on with a rubber band and the bottle in. a zip lock bag in case the pills spill out.

I heard about Elan Vital Multiple, by Source Naturals on a Blog from ladies in my age group struggling with menopause. They reported some pretty good results and it sounded like what I was needing. I started taking just 3 per day for the first week and then increased the amount to the recommended 6 per day at about 3 weeks. Here is what I can tell you;I sleep better, do not crave sweets (which has always been a problem) as a result I have lost 4 lbs, my skin is looking radiant and someone who has known me for years told me I look younger. I have incredible energy and I never feel like I need to sit down or take a break or rest ( this is not like a caffeine buzz, I just feel great!). These are excellent vitamins. I have taken them for years and they have comprehensive vitamins and minerals in the pills. The price is higher but you get what you pay for. They have helped me to stay healthy. I highly recommend them.
