Will a small be okay? Not sure exactly how these fit?** A: I wear a size 6 but I do not like certain underwear tight I did get a medium and they was a little roomie in the waist. **Q: Are these actually 100% cotton and the elastic band is the 5%? Or is there a small percentage of something non-cotton in the fabric?** A: All 100% cotton and I like the band because it's wider! Prefer over the smaller band.
