Terrible junk powder! Not magnesium.
I was using magnesium of two other brands which were not avbl so ordered this item.This is Not pure unbuffered magnesium citrate . No relaxation, did not help for sleep. Infact feel zomby after having this. This is some junk with fillers, additives, possibly magnesium oxide & heavy metals with very poor quality.Waste of money. Also Not returnable, so do Not recommend.Opt for traacs magnesium glycinate chelate instead which is far more absorbable.
