Awesome for its antique beauty and durability.
This is for the fourth time that I purchased this chandelier. It’s really awesome in its antique beauty and at the same time easy to assemble.Two times I got one of the glasses broken during transportation but the seller Better Market replaced within no time. Thanks a lot to the seller for his gesture.The product is no doubt more than the value for money. It rally added to the grandeur of my living room.

Awesome looking lights but a few missing nuts can impact installation
It really looks beautiful and elegant in our house and we love them . The first 2 sets was only to see if they go with the decor. Only issue was a few nuts missing meant I couldn’t fix it immediately and also couldn’t find spares at any hardware store. Had to come up with an innovative solution .I’ve just placed another order for more lights so I can to do up the rest of my house and I hope spare sets of nuts and bolts can be added

Looks good, medium quality, a little overpriced, missing a nut in the package
The lamp looks good when installed. In the package there was one nut missing which connects one of the arm to the base. Luckily I could get a similar sized once from a shop and didn't have to return the product.The base and arms are not metallic and not strong, you have to be careful while handling.There was a spare glass shade given which is good in case you break one.

Damaged.
I received damaged item one funnel is cracked from bottom and I requested a return for same but Amazon pick up agent didn't take it.whom am I suppose to contact for damaged item received...very awful situation when it's not customer's fault I want the item picked with refund or replace the existing piece .
