The tensile strength of the springs is low.
After a heavy usage, I'll say that its better to get a gripper by adding extra money, this gripper is ok but the tensile strength of spring is less or say it is good for the children of age group 13 - 17.For basic exercises & stretches its good but not for wrist workout.
