It Works As Advertised
I can't complain when a sensor just works and this it does. I have my K type probe connected to an InkBird PID controller, replacing the stock one it came with. This thermocouple screwed right inside the existing 1/4" screw terminal in my pot and sealed up nicely when tightened. The temps read pretty darn accurately and the stainless finish on the thermocouple appears to be up to par. The braided cord on this probe is quite long and prone to nasty kinks, so be careful with it.All things considered I will absolutely buy this again if needed!

Voltage/Temp Specs
For those looking for mV specs, the 2 probes that were delivered measured out the following: Ref Junction Temp 26°C/80°F, 0.038mV(C)/0.021234mV(F) millivolts per degree. Accuracy Temp: +/-1 degree, +/-0.05mV.The probe is made out of stainless as listed, however, the strain relief spring on the cable is not which shouldnt impact the sensor's performance.Rated 4 stars due to lack of product tech specs and no listed manufacturer to pull product data sheet. Overall the product meet dimensional specs as listed and functions normally.

Great for the money
Definitely not a lab grade but good enough for my boiling system. Accuracy is within 2F (i.e. +/- 1F). Attached to a K type unit and it works great.

Rusted & Inaccurate.
Water proof but not rust proof. Rusted after first use.Inaccurate. 10 degrees off most of the time but as much as 24 degrees off at times.at 212 degrees it displayed 215. At 80 degrees it displayed 104. at 58 it displayed 67.9. (In Photo)
