Excellent for a good home roast.
Fantastic coffee. I roast them at home. Grind them and have fresh coffee every day! You really haven't had a real cup of coffee until you've had a fresh one. And these beans are some of the best you can find on the market. Taste is smooth, with nutty tones. Very subtle bitterness, and really nice to enjoy with some high cocoa dark chocolate.Love it! Simple as that.

Smoking smell when roasted
I am disappointed as I think they are not fresh or spoiled. I did roast them only to find out a very poor smell coming out also a fresh shot espresso was quite terrible experience I need to say. Either I had a bad batch or this is not a good quality product anyway.
