Don’t taste of anything. Was told by gp to but as b12 injections are on hold due to covid-19 virus Easy to swallow This is my Second bottle after just having discussed my blood test results with my gp He informed me that my body was absorbing high safe levels of b12 this means I won’t need to visit the nurse now for b12 injections anymore. I bought these B12 tablets recently. These tablets are great - no artificial sweeteners or nasties. I take B12 as I am a vegetarian, and due to my demanding job I am always exhausted. When I took these tablets I noticed a big difference in my energy levels and concentration throughout the day. Great product. I shall be buying this again.

I did not have an instant feeling of well being but after 3 months I do feel an improvement. Being a vegan with B12 in short supply in diet it can only help Easy to take without any after taste

I take various vitamins and supplemts daily. I don’t know if they work or not but they aren’t expensive and I reason that they won’t be doing me any harm so I take them ‘just in case’. These are different. I started taking them last month after reading a feature in the Times suggesting they could delay cognitive decline. Obviously I’ll never know if they have that effect (if and when I do suffer from age related cognitive decline I won’t know how much better or worse it would have been without these supplements), but I do know that since starting taking them a month ago I have had significantly more energy. Jobs that I have been putting off for months are finally getting done with no great effort on my part, I just seem to have more get up and go about me. I’m even clearing out the airing cupboard, something that has been on my mental ‘to-do’ list for over 2 years! This might be just a placebo effect but it isn’t one that occurred when I started taking any of the other supplements I use. A word of warning though, I forgot to take my vitamins until late evening recently and then found myself lying awake with my head buzzing until nearly 1am, not a problem I normally have. Taking this first thing means I get more benefit from the energy boost or improved mood or whatever it is it’s doing for me.

These tablets have no flavour at all which is good and they are quite tiny, so they are easy to swallow. Comes with lots of tablets which will last forever.

I had been told by my GP that my b12 levels were low after a blood test, as I have MS secondary progressive this is not uncommon, I was given two choices, injection or supplements, I began using these taking them religiously one a day first thing in the morning with breakfast. Latest blood test after 3 months has shown b12 levels slightly higher than required but doctor says that's not a problem at all, just ordered my second lot as my fatigue has improved a little and I know these have genuinely helped my b12 levels as I have changed nothing else. So refreshing to have proof that supplements are working, I'm always a little dubious but now know these are the real deal.👍

Arrived on time. Im not the best at taking tablets so these are different to my usual b12 tablets which dissolve. But easy enough to swallow with plenty water.
