Is there a big difference between the 22" tube & the 27"?

Bought a 22'' several years ago, and I didn't notice a difference acoustically. What gets annoying sometimes is the 22" falling off my shoulders (I keep it there, rather than in my coat pocket) when not in use. May not seem like a big deal, but there have been a few times when I'm doing an abdominal or patient in supine position exam, where the 22 inch 'scope can easily slide off my one shoulder and clunk the patient in the chest.

Is the cardiology iv worth the extra money in comparison to the iii? Does it have better sound quality than the iii? What are the main differences?

I actually purchased a 3 had it for 3 weeks and it got stolen so I got a 4. The sound quality on the 4 is amazing. is it better than the 3, I can't really tell a noticeable difference... it does feel lighter to me than the 3. I also feel that it is made with different material as it seems to be easier to clean. Not exactly sure what the main differences are but for an extra 20$ I think it is completely worth it.

Is this better than the classic iii? my wife will receive her diploma as a m.d. , and this will be my gift to her. she already use a classic iii

The 3M Littmann 6158 Cardiology IV Stethoscope has a seven year warranty. The acoustics are better than the classis III. Original Product & Good functionality.

I like the stethoscope in general, love the quality of sound. Two issues were first the tubing is sticking somewhat & diaphragm finishing was not good.

When package box was opened stethoscope was found outside littmann box as shown. Somebody opened it at package site and put it like that...May be to place warranty card or something..But bad dealership anyway. But product original Littmann..Top as expected.
