There is a big seam on the underside of the strap which is odd. Not comfortable if your kid is picky. It should be seamless. I will have to send it back and still in the search for something that doesn’t have big seams, or gatherings. This may be just perfect for another child but if they have sensory issues, you will want to pass on it.Customer service was Great however! The seller sent me free of charge there other items to try. Not sure they will work out but we shall give them a try.
