NECA Official IT 1990 Movie Ultimate Pennywise Action Figure 7"

Another wonderful masterpiece from NECA. It was a pleasant surprise when they announced the Tim Curry version would be joining the 2017 one, because whilst the latter is more authentic and creepy, the 1990 look is how I will always imagine Pennywise. First, a few minor gripes. Switching the heads was very tough, and you might need a short blast of a hairdryer or a dip in warm water to make the neckjoint more accommodating. The balloons are a little difficult to pose as well. It helps to twist the wires in the place where the hand grips them, but I also found that the top heavy plastic balloons tend to make the hand pivot unless carefully posed. The feet are a bit uneven, so unless you prop the figure up against something you might find it tricky to stand. Lastly, it’s a shame that there’s not a more conventional ‘smiling’ face. But none of the above should put you off. The seven balloons look fantastic, and you also get a rattle, multiple sets of hands, and even a paper boat. The four heads are ‘frowning’, ‘manic smile’, ‘battery acid damage’, and (my favourite) the ‘pointy teeth are about to eat you’ look. Plenty of articulation to get just the right pose. It’s best quality is the paint job. The figure is incredibly colourful without being too cartoony, with some wonderful washes over the clothing. There’s also plenty of great detail, especially in the waistcoat and on the faces. This really is an excellent figure that any fan of the Tim Curry Pennywise should own.

Tim Curry is still my favourite pennywise. The paint and head scalpt is amazing.

collected a ton of figures since i was young this is definitely up there as one of the best , just looks so colourful and accurate to tim curry , amazing figure if u like IT this is a must id say , don't put off buying it one day it'll be expensive

Greatly detailed. Tricky to swap the heads around because of the massive ball joint used.

The acttual figure was ok, but the balloons broke as I tried to put then in the figures hsnd.also ot took me ages too change the heads, plus the hands wont come out?.very dissapointed.

Great addition to my NECA horror display. Bought a 2nd one which is on its way. I wanted to have bwst of both worlds which consists of being able to have a NECA still in the box and a 2nd to be opened on display

Belle reproduction de Pennywise le clown du téléfilm It / Ça, il est revenu. Packaging au top, belle window box. Complet pour plusieurs formes d'expositions et expressions, situations. Bien reproduit, fidèle. Qualité au rendez-vous, prix un peu élevé pour des figurines de cette taille, mais on en a pour son argent, car la qualité est irréprochable. Merci à neca pour cette qualité. Le meilleur Pennywise. Comprend plusieurs ballons, plusieurs mains, même les mains crochues, bien évidemment plusieurs têtes dont celle où le visage de décompose ! Bien entendu le petit bateau ! Parfait, vraiment bien. N'allez pas vers des copies/contrefaçons moins chères, vaut mieux mettre le prix est ne pas regretter.

5-stars across the board. The sculpt, the paint, the likeness, the head variations, everything. Truly, a work of art. One of NECA's all-time best. A piece that took decades to bring such an icon into collectors hands with the level of precision and care that it deserved (and that only NECA could deliver upon). A must for fans, and even for casual movie misc collectors; this is a top-notch!
