Revived that old GoPro hero 4. Comes with easy to understand instructions.

Worked when needed.

After I took my GoPro gear out of a few calendar pages’ worth of closet time, I discovered that all my batteries of a (different brand) had swollen, but the one GoPro was still ok. So this time I tried a new brand, and was pleasantly surprised that the new batteries are (exactly) like the OEM GoPro one. The 3-slot charger is ok, but I wish it change color or shut off at 100% instead of showing 4-bar for 75-100%. The batteries have individual plastic cases, that’s a big plus. Apparently the “swollen battery” is the result of storing a fully charged battery for extended period of time, now the rule for me is going to be 50% (for Lithium Ion).

Love the product, and my first review was five stars; however, After only two times, one of the three batteries died and no longer held a charge. The charging system is excellent, apparent on each batteries life. Just a shame one of batteries died so fast.

Package came as described. All 3 batteries came about half charged, and took about 4-5 hours to fully charge. All three batteries show full bars in a GoPro Hero4.

Has some issues. Worlds shortest usb cord. Intermittently fails to recognize batteries in charging slots.
