The Heritage Steel 10.5-inch Titanium Series Frying Pan is outstanding! This American-made, fully clad stainless steel pan has incredible quality. I think the key is medium-high heat while cooking.

After years of using those cheap and not so cheap non-stick fry pans from big box stores I grew tired of their poor performance. I bought this US-made steel pan as a test. Could I cook like pros who use steel pans? Would the food stick? Answers are Yes and No. The food cooks wonderfully. It does not stick when the proper technique is used. The pan is easy to clean. My wife loves it after years of saying Don't Scratch My Non-stick Pans! I never did. It's just that those non-sticks are a gimmick. They flake off or lose the non-stick property. I plan on replacing my other size pans as they die...which won't be long. Oh....and these are made here by people who live here. Check their website.

Fantastic skillet. Absolutely great quality. We got tired of the cheap coated pans flaking off. Stainless is the way to go. It really doesn't take much to keep stainless from sticking and cleanup is a breeze. Made in Tennessee, USA. Well worth the high price tag. Would recommend to others.

dont buy it,youll be sorry.why, stains do not come off period plus it sits low so spillage is predicted unless you keep a very low flame.to add after a month purchase they refused my return.Again you will be sorry with this product from my experience!!

Tough to clean compared to non stick pans

I got a 10.5 inch pan to fry eggs in the morning. If you follow the instructions fried eggs are much faster and non sticking (the trick is to use medium heat first, then cook with butter). We are planning to throw away all our PFOA or whatever non-stick pans now and replace them with only stainless steel.

This pan is far better quality than most. Easy to clean, and remarkably durable. Weight is above average, but construction is also far above average. This pan is not non-stick, but the titanium cook surface cleans up nicely. I use this pan for searing, in conjunction with another pan for low and slow. So far I have had no issues, and will continue to use this pan. It is a simple pan, but it should last decades.

This pan is wonderful. Feels sturdy and very high quality. I have only cooked eggs in it so far and with a little butter it is non stick. I have never been able to cook eggs on steele before without it sticking and being very difficulty to clean. Very even heat. If anything does stick on the pan after cooking it wipes off so easily. My new favorite pan.

It's my first experience with stainless steel pan and I got this wonderful pan. Surprisingly, all foods cooked in this pan make amazing flavor and taste. When I tried to cook some of steak, it's absolutely different and greater than normal coated pan. I am very happy and strongly recommend this

Cómo bien se dice de los sartenes de acero inoxidable, se requiere aprender a utilizarlos pero una vez que se adquiere la pericia, son la mejor opción, estoy encantado con el producto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
