Like Goldilocks it's just right, not to big, not to small.
Good solid business laptop. My eyesight is not as clear as it once was and I had been looking for a larger FHD display. Doing a lot of look ups and word processing this was a perfect solution.

Excellent reasonably priced laptop for home or home office use, user friendly repair options.
I am semi-retired now, but I still maintain a home office and like to have a capable laptop. Sometimes I plug in a 27โ monitor for work purposes and this laptop can easily handle that. Since it is an Asus product, there is easy access (screws!) to perform basic maintenance. Usually, the battery goes first on a laptop, and Asus makes replacement painless, there is an excellent maintenance instruction manual that outlines the disassembly process. Replacing the hard drive would also be painless. Not the case with HP or Apple products. The display on this Vivobook is quite good, and they say this laptop has military grade durability, and that is desirable. No matter how careful you are, every now and then a laptop experiences some unintentional trauma, so sturdy is better. I highly recommend this laptop. I wish I had always bought my electronics from Asus, from now on I certainly will.

No keyboard backlight
I'm really disappointed that there is no keyboard backlight. I researched how to activate it and nope. Not available on this laptop. Also too much bloatware pre-installed. Would not reccomend.
