We have this for over a year now, and my kids love it. No issues. Works all the time. They use it for school works and playing ganes onlibe. Great bargain for the price.

Great laptop! The size of it, updates and ability to use Windows 11 without any issues makes it well worth the money. I needed a larger size due to my eyesight and cannot rely on tiny screens. Perfect for home use or travel. Functionality is spot on.

Customer service on the return & refund of the device was amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Tanmuy H went over and beyond to make this an easy process. Laptop arrived double boxed and appeared to be in pristine condition. Plugged in power supply to laptop. Waited maybe 20-30 minutes, and tried to boot up. Laptop would not turn on. My husband checked the power supply voltage with his Fluke. All good. Tried again times 10. Went on HP website. They suggested to disconnect power supply and any odd usb connected devices. Next press power button for 15 seconds, reconnect power and start up. Unfortunately, no joy. Tried several times. Same outcome. Computer will not startup. Will return. The customer service on the return & refund of this device was amazing! Thank you for processing the refund with 24hrs of receiving the device.

Got this HP laptop on sale for a great price. Same size has my old HP.. had everything switched over from old to new. Works great. Comes with windows 11 and Microsoft antivirus at no additional cost.

Setup was easy as can be. The speed of the processor is great. In size the laptop is great, but the keys are a bit too large! The product has great performance and will not let you down. The battery life is where I have a bit of an issue. The laptop's performance seems to drain the battery a little fast than I am used to. It is not a bad battery issue by any means; it is just that the system probably could have used a higher quality or larger battery. It does not drain excessively. But then again, I leave it on all the time and have the system settings more for the quality of videos and games than I do for battery optimization.
