Best insoles for the money
I've had 4 pairs of these now, they work better than other brands I've tried, even ones from the doctor. I would recommend if you have a weak falling in ankle like mine!

Changed my life in the long term
Amazing. First time i ordered 1 and now 2 more, so i can have them in 3 shoes at the same time. I ordered first one 1 year ago, and for a year i had forgotten what pain in my legs and feet feels like. I worked at a fast production line, and they were a life saver. The first 2 days it was painful, my feet were adjusting to the support... And after that- my legs and feet felt amazing. Changed jobs now and work in a care home... Wear them every day at work my feet are happy. One day last week i went to work and 3 hours in my ahift my feet were killimg me.... My legs were in pain... So i thought - what is happening i haven't felt pain in a year... Something must be wrong.. So i took my shoes off and realised i had forgotten to put the insoles in this pair.... Then i realised even more how amazing they are and how much they help everyone who works on their feet!! Ordered 2 more now, so i can have them in 3 pairs of shoes so i never forget to put them on. Sometimes we get so used to feeling the pain in our legs and feet, that we forget we are hurting. These insoles have changed everything for me. 12 hour shifts on my feet, i go home and they are not tired at all! Highly recommend

the arch cant be 35cm!
I've used the rigid 3/4th arch support insole by PC sole. That saved my foot and fits well in my trainers and boots. That doesnt fit in ballet pumps. I had hoped that these would fit in the pumps and provide the same arch support. Fit they do, they are soft under the toes but the rigid arch support is missing here. I dont think the arch is as high ( 35cm) as advertised.

Perfect for flat feet and active jobs
I have flat feet and am not motivated to spend hundreds of pounds on custom inserts as it doesn’t bother me hugely. However I am in a profession where I am on my feet all day and I do feel it in my feet during a busy shift. I also need to take care of my back/knees as it is a quite a physical job, so decided to try some cheap inserts to see if they help with comfort on long shifts and hopefully help train my flat feet more to take pressure off other areas. I wear these in my work trainers and they are great - size as expected, no need to cut them, arch support in the right place and nice and soft (but not so much that it negates the support) would definitely buy again if they wear out.

Awful
These really do not work. The sole is extremely hard and so uncomfortable that it brought on leg and back pain during wearing that I had to stop wearing them. Such poor product. Buy at your peril. Honestly, I want to return them and get my money back but I’ve worn them. I bought two of this brand, both were not helpful, I actually think this item is a scam.

Excellent - Strongly recommend. Big change to my feet!
I have been under treatment with various soles from hospital (NHS In the Uk). My large toe is at almost 35 degrees - placing pressure on small internal feet bones. At the same time this causes muscular pains and seeking to the sole foot pad— and to other foot fingers restricting the distance I can walk - I used to run regularly. Now I cannot run. However, this pcs sole - is excellent! I’m not joking & I am certainly not on commission. It has made my walk more comfortable, reduced pain, relieved pressure .. I am a size 7 shoe - but had purchased a size 8 being under NHS hospital treatment. I used this same pair of shoes for this sole. Do buy a a good quality - size upgrade to feel the full benefits / not a cheap brand.Strongly recommend- I hope to start jogging bit by bit - and slowly begin to run... will get a pair of running shoes again - for christmas time - this year!

excellent pain relief
In 2020 I started getting intense pain on the underside of my right foot, from research it was Plantar Fasciitis, I tried several makes of insole support, with partial success. I saw your product on amazon and noticed that the depth of support was greater than the others. I ordered a set of insoles. On fitting the into my shoe I found that the height of the arch gave greater support and stability, after 1 week the pain had completely gone and I could walk correctly once again. I since ordered another 2 pairs to save me having to change the item when using different types of shoe.So far I have not experienced a recurrence of the debleating pain. Many Thanks
