30+ Red Texas Bluebonnet flowers are in the lupine family, with green leaves, large and palmate, and lance-shaped leaflets. The stems are topped by red clusters of up to 50 fragrant pea-like flowers. The tip of the cluster has contrasting white flowers. When planted in mass, the visual effect is stunning. It is recommended to soak Texas Bluebonnet seeds in tepid water over night before sowing outdoors. The seeds all produced lovely maroon bonnets. They are treated to help germination, be aware of mice. They love to eat bonnet seedlings. Grown in 5b, indiana. Just harvested my seed pods.

I wish I could give them NO stars. Not one single seed sprouted. All of my other wildflowers are blooming but these seeds did not.
