Easy set up. Long lasting before I charge it. I left on fully charged by accident so the battery does about 14-16 hours. Can remember but I normally use it during his nap so i go a few days without charging it. The only thing is the volume isn’t as loud as I want it to be.

This was delivered today and my toddler isn’t even asleep yet for the night and it’s obvious that this product is either defective or complete garbage. Amazon only allowed 1 video per review so the video showing the volume didn’t make the cut, but the volume is all the way up, my son was crying (hates bedtime) and you can BARELY hear it on the monitor. With the volume up and the monitor right next to me, I could hear him way more than the monitor. Also, the monitor seems to randomly turn off the night vision so when the screen “goes to sleep” (by itself, which I also don’t like) then the screen is showing a dark room when I push the button and the night vision eventually turns itself back on…. Also, just while typing this review, the night vision and screen have both gone on and off on its own several times, randomly. The picture quality is also weak at best. Don’t waste your money on this.

This baby monitor is really helpful for keeping an eye on your baby. It plays lullabies and you can talk to your baby using the monitor, which helps calm them down. The camera rotates all around and up/down, so you can see the baby clearly from any angle. The video is sharp and the screen is big and clear. The battery lasts a long time – almost 2 days without charging, which is great. You can carry the screen with you around the house, even to the kitchen or garden, and still watch your baby because it works up to 1000 feet away. Night vision is also very good. Even in the dark, you can see the baby clearly. It also shows the room temperature, which is useful to make sure the baby is comfortable. It feels very safe to use because it doesn’t connect to the internet, so no one else can see the video. Overall, it’s a very good and secure monitor for new parents. Highly recommend.

I use this baby monitor for my father who had Alzheimer’s. He lived next-door to me and I was still able to get perfect visual of him at all times. It was a lifesaver.

I really am not a fan of this monitor. The immediate dislike I had was the sound quality. Turned all the way up, it is still difficult to hear. My sons were 3 and 5 when I got this (both just had birthdays), so I just dealt with the sound issue knowing they would yell louder if they needed me. However, when they wake in the night (mainly for nightmares) they tend to softly cry out. The only reason I can hear them is because their room is beside ours. I tried turning the VOX up to help. It did a little, but then there was the constant clicking that could be heard on the monitor and in the boys’ bedroom. Also the monitor would randomly freeze where I couldn’t see anything. I try turning it off and back on, and nothing. I contacted the company for these issues. They did respond pretty quickly (why I have 2 stars) and gave me some tips to hopefully help. The VOX being turned up seems to have caused the monitor freezing issues. I have turned the VOX back to normal again, and I have just tried adjusting to the low volume. The other issue we have had is the night vision doesn’t always come on. We only use this at night, so it defeats the purpose if the night vision doesn’t work. My husband had to unplug it from the boys’ room and plug it back in, and thankfully that’s worked so far. We try to budget and can’t afford the priciest monitor. But at this point I do wish we had splurged. On a positive note, the battery life has held up well so far (we’ve had it for 3 months). We have used other monitors which worked great in every area except battery life. Even so, I would rather deal with always needing to be plugged in than with these other issues we have been dealing with.

It does the job kinda.. maybe mine is messed up idk. It constantly turns off night vision for “power save mode”(that won’t turn off) so it’s a black screen and I have to push a button for it to turn back on. The volume on it is QUIET. Can hardly hear anything through the monitor. My personal opinion on the camera - It is a good image for sure but depending on your room set up the angling can be annoying so you have to find a sweet spot. Again it does its job but we’ll be looking for a new one soon unfortunately

Update my review because the customer support was very helpful. I received the refund. The sound is very quiet, can't hear the baby crying. The screen turns off constantly and the camera makes the clicking sound. I highly do not recommend this monitor.

I wanted to like this as it looked just like a HelloBaby monitor (so I assumed the probably came from the same factory), but man it just doesn't do what it needs to do and is annoying. First thing I noticed after setting it up was that I could not hear hardly anything from the monitor. I was trying to talk to my wife through the baby monitor and she could hear me coming from the camera but I could not hear or understand her at the monitor side. We also played a YouTube video of a baby crying on her phone at full blast and the camera was barely picking it up from about 6ft away. So can't hear a baby crying... Great. Next came the semi-random clicks from the camera. Apparently it makes a pretty loud click sound whenever it switches to/from night vision mode. The problem? In a dark room it was switching from night vision to regular and back to night vision just about every minute for some reason. Oh, and the best part is the monitor would actually pick up the clicks so it would go "click, click" every minute or so and it was just about the only sound the monitor played loudly. So after about 30 minutes of listening to it clicking next to my head as I read reviews, I've decided to return this camera and search for another one.
