I have been searching for something like this for MONTHS. A small clock that allows me to dim the light, has a nice alarm that doesn't give me a heart attack to wake me up, nice aesthetician that goes with my room, and -- the hard part -- one that plays sounds for me to fall asleep to. Other alarms that tick these boxes cost $130+ (which I did NOT want to spend). Enter this baby. Sleek, small size that fits perfectly on my bedside table. Different colors (I didn't want a black or white box). Sure, it's faux wood, but it fits much better with the rest of the stuff in my room and gives a relaxing vibe. It has 10 different alarms you can choose from (and you can chance the volume for them). I have the morning birds (#1) selected for my alarm, but there are other options It gradually wakes you up over 2 minutes as the alarm gets a bit louder. The snooze button snoozes the alarm for 9 min. Has a built-in nightlight for if you wake up in the middle of the night for the bathroom! The display light can be dimmed or made brighter. I keep mine on the dimmer side so it doesn't blind me if I wake up at 3 am. There's approximately 25(!) different sounds you can play to help you fall asleep, and you can set the timer for the noise (30 min, 60 min, 120 min, or 180 min), which I really enjoy! The only thing I wish it had was include the sounds in the little pamphlet like they do for the alarms. Unfortunately, you need to manually go through them to hear them all. It's super simple to set up and use! Managed to set it up in about 10 min after getting home at 11 pm, so it was ready for the next day. Overall, SUPER happy with my purchase. I'm glad I didn't spend the $130+ on the other clocks I found and waited for this one. Highly recommend if someone is looking for a simple clock with a nice amount of features!

I love this alarm clock. It fits in with my decor with its warm rich wood tones. It functions like a dream. The controls are super easy to figure out. It has 30 different sounds for the sound machine ranging from white noise to nature sounds. They have a dimming switch on the back of the clock that allows the numbers to be dimmed for optimal sleeping. I am sensitive to light in my bedroom and it’s perfect. All of this for a very reasonable price.

I got tired of my overly complicated internet-radio alarm clock, so I down-sized to this. I've used it for a couple of weeks. It is a high-quality item, with alarm choices. I'm using birds and piano. I'm glad I made the switch. The design, color, and size are excellent. The buttons and controls are easy to set up and use. What could they improve? More audio alarm choices, and give them a bit more style. All manufacturers need to get better at using all the amazing sounds in the world. Need to supplement engineers with artists.

I really like everything about this alarm clock EXCEPT that the alarm has to play to set the alarm. If my hubby is already sleeping when I need to set my alarm, it disrupts his sleep. Otherwise it had everything I was looking for in an alarm clock. When the alarm goes off, it gradually gets louder. This was a super important feature for me and isn’t real easy to find. You can also adjust the brightness of the display. That was also important to me. I like to be able to turn the display down very dim. There are great sound options for alarms. It fits easily on my side table because of its small footprint. There are nice color options for the night light, or you can have it shut off completely. I would have easily given it five stars without the issue of the alarm playing when setting the alarm.

I have been looking for an alarm clock for years (want to exile the phone from the bedroom) and finally found this one that met all of my criteria; it was easy to set up, has a dimmable display (I'm very sensitive to any light while sleeping), and I love the nature sounds! The gradual wake-up has also made me feel less groggy and I hardly ever use the snooze feature now. It's small, sleek, and unobtrusive . I never leave reviews really, but I haven't shut up about how much I like this alarm since I set it up, so I figured I should spread the good word.

Obsessed with this alarm clock, so many things to love: 1) dimmable display 2) great alarm sounds, I actually love the frog croaking one lol but there are a lot of nature noises which is better than the iPhone electronic sounds 3) has customization with colors for bedtime nightlight, plus dimmable ability as well for this feature 4) looks pretty on my nightstand 5) better than using your phone to wake you up in the morning! I bought this so I could Leave my phone in the kitchen at night and curb my doom scrolling. Totally worth the price. My partner fell in love with the clock as well and he goes out on the road for work a lot and it’s portable enough to bring with so he has the exact same one. We are both big fans. I considered getting a really fancy alarm clock but wasn’t ready to drop $200+ on a clock just because it was beautiful. This is a great happy medium and I think works great for everything one might need.

This is a very good clock with very useful features. The night light is a great feature. Several colors to choose from. The adjustable brightness on the display is one of the best features. The selectable "non-buzzer" alarm tones and volume ease-in are the reasons I bought the clock. The battery backup is verified as working. My problems with it are: * it does not have enough alarm tones * it cannot use sound machine tones as alarm tones * it cannot use alarm tones as sound machine tones * you cannot control the volume ease-in (it ramps up a little too quickly) * you cannot control the duration of snooze (it is fixed to 9 minutes) It still gets 5 stars, because of how well it works. Sound quality is good, but don't believe the "It sounds like a Bose" claims. The sound quality is below Bose, but considerably better than your typical alarm clock. If your current alarm clock makes you feel sick waking up because it sounds like a nuclear plant siren, this clock fixes that. ------------------------------ Message to manufacturer: On your next iteration, please add an SD card slot to use custom tones. And fix the issues above. It could do with a USB-C power port, but the barrel power port is okay. I would pay double if you had all those features in a clock. Please issue a "Deluxe" model.

It has over a dozen different sounds, with a lot of volume control. Personally, I like the wind or rain effects. I don't know who can sleep with birds chirping, but hey, maybe that's for meditation or something. I have noisy neighbours, and this helps to drown them out. The brightness is adjustable, too. I have mine turned low, so I'm not blinded when I look at it in the dark. This is a really good quality item. Wish I'd have gotten it years ago, rather than waiting for my previous alarm clock to die.

Great product with great features , looks smart too

Love this. I love that it has a dimmer dial so I can have the brightness turned all the way down at night. It also has volume control so if you’re a fairly light sleeper you’re not still forced to have the volume unnecessarily loud. The sound options are also nice.

This Sound Machine Alarm Clock, sounds works so well and the clock has big nicely shaped numbers. That when my purchased arrived and my family members were so happy with it, I immediately bought another one for a third member of my family. They are all very happy with this small, but powerful machine.
