ZOTIA Lined Spiral Journal Notebook for Women, A5 College Ruled Journals for Writing, Hardcover Notebooks for Work, Note taking and Office School Supplies,140 Pages - Color Splash : desertcart.co.uk: Stationery & Office Supplies Review: The cover is not metallic in the slightest, it's that fake design that you sometimes see where someone took a picture of something metallic or glittery or iridescent then stuck the kind of low quality JPEG as the cover image. The paper has slight bleed through, though it doesn't feel like the paper is so thin that it should, so I was surprised. There are not many pages in this journal, and even more pages are lost to the 4 pages at the beginning that make up the "This Journal Belongs To" cover sheet, and 3 pages of "contents". I could see how having content pages might be helpful for some people, but I personally have never seen a use for that in a journal. Maybe you can use it to keep track of the starts of months? Or maybe if you're using this journal for something like book reports or lab studies... But then I would assume you'd want something with more pages. It is wide ruled, which only adds to the low page count. For the price point (9.99 usd at time of purchase), i feel like you could get better. The binding seems fine, it works in the purest sense, so I'm giving it 2 stars, but people are probably buying this for the aesthetics, else they'd just buy a composition notebook... Review: Good amount of pages, colorful cover sturdy notebook.
