Heavy duty and will slice through fabric like butter. Forget those scissors you have been buying for years at your local store = junk. Once you get a hold a pair of these, you will instantly feel the cutting power and smoothness.

The reason I did not rate it high is that it is not a right fit for my hands. It is likely my fault that I did not pay much attention to the description of "heavy tailor's shears". The openings on the scissors are too large for me and I cannot open and close the scissors without difficulty. I am sure that in the right hands this is an excellent tool.
