TL:DR It worked for me as described. Fingerprint works, as well as key tags and/or PIN to unlock my door. See below for quick setup.I just had to use google translate to be able to read the manual and program it.I was skeptical because it only had 3 reviews and those didn't say much good about this entry keypad.When I opened the box I was taken aback that the manual was in Chinese only, but I tried google translate (using the camera) and it made the instructions totally legible.I was able to set my fingerprint as the master password, then add 2 users (me+wife) with 4 fingerprints for me plus one keytag and one fingerprint for wife plus one keytag (manual says you can do up to 10 fingerprints and 1 keytag per user).Also, this keypad has internal relay switches, so I connected it directly to my 12v door latch, without the need of a Power Supply Control (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07S9532LD).Disclaimer: not using the power supply control was done at the expense of security, since my door latch wires are now accessible from the outside and only need 12v to unlock my door, but I live in a safe neighborhood and installed this for convenience only. Restrictions apply, results may vary.To help anyone else buying this:For administrator setup hit * then # then 1234#, then place your finger in reader for about one second until it beeps (do this 3 times) then after it give a long beep and green light, hit * to exit. This sets your fingerprint as the administrator password.To add/edit users with fingerprint and/or rfid tags:hit * then #, scan administrator fingerprint then # followed by any four digit user ID (new or existing) # then you can scan one tag or any finger 3 times (wait for beep after each time). When done with this user, hit # to set up another user or * to exit programming mode.I also used this option to allow for pin or rfid tag or fingerprint unlock (5):* # administrator fingerprint, then hit option number (see table below) then * to exit1 pin only2 rfid tag only3 fingerprint only4 fingerprint/pin/rfid tag (either one opens)5 rfid + pin (must use both pin with rfid tag to open)6 fingerprint + pin (must scan fingerprint with correct pin to open)

Would be nice to have a user/instruction manual in English so you can program this lock. Wasting time and money. Do not buy this. Tech support will not answer.

Instructions just don't seem to work. I managed to get an rfid fob working but never a fingerprint. How I don't know as it says you can only program it with a fingerprint.

Das Installationsmenü ist nur auf Chinesisch, ich konnte nicht entschlüsseln, welche Threads angeschlossen werden sollten, empfehle ich nicht.

Ottima soluzione per controllo accessi e comando diretto grazie ai relè già a bordo. Semplice da programmare tramite tastierino. Manuale to in inglese ma di facile comprensione.
