LAVAZZA Qualita Rossa Brick Coffee, 8.8 OZ

I love my Lavazza coffee, its strength, smoothness, darkness, flavor and freshness. It is just my cup of coffee that I love to drink and make for others. I drink it HOT and have 2-3 cups per day before noon. I make it either turkish style or in expresso machine. Strongly recommend - true Europe in away.

Lavazza Qualita Rossa is the best ground coffee I’ve found and it’s my best choice for my everyday coffee no acidity and amazing texture and aroma.

Love this coffee!

This is very good coffee and makes excellent Espresso, especially if you use a stove stop Espresso maker. I use a 6 cup Espresso maker with two heaped tea spoons of coffee to make a full mug full, topped off with fat free Half & Half. Yum. It's strong (obviously), full flavored and very smooth. One of the best coffees I have ever tasted and so reasonably priced. I've been buying this stuff for years, drink a mug or two every morning and it never gets old. In fact, I look forward to my coffee each morning. I've recently starting buying it from Amazon because my local World Market closed down. Both my orders so far have contained one brick which was pierced. All the other bricks were solid and hard to the touch because their vacuum seal was still intact. However, the one brick was soft to the touch because the seal had been compromised somewhere. The first time this happened, I put it down to bad luck and just one of those things. However, my second order suffered the same problem. I'm not a big fan of pierced packages. For one, you don't know what pierced it and for another, the flavor won't be as good because air has got into the package. I don't know if Amazon themselves received it like this or if something happened to it after Amazon stored it in their facility. Either way, not good. 5 stars for the coffee. 3 stars for the less than perfect packaging. 4 stars overall.

I love this coffee. I've had so many different brands and brewing systems, but this coffee with a pour over is just divine!

I must say, I love this coffee so much I ordered it 22 times. As you can see my family loves it. I do however have an issue with this order. I ordered five packages each containing four compressed and sealed bags. Three of these packages each had one bag that was not compressed which retains it freshness. It was sealed and would have to be used earlier than the coffee we have on hand prior. Therefore, in these times we now live in, I feel 3 bags of coffee may be compromised to its safety and use of this coffee for my family. This of course reduces the amount of savings I incurred! Please be more aware before shipping to your customers. Update: notified seller whom replied via email a 3rd party seller they use sent us the product and we will not be compensated (wanted replacement coffee). When purchasing this product did not see where a 3rd party would be used. So no savings for me, in fact it cost me more.

Consistently the most delicious full flavor I absolutely love! I make my coffee by the pour-over method in a single cup, and it's 3 scoops, hot water and voila! The perfect cup! The Lavazza quality is by far the greatest, I do love some of their other coffees and roasts too (dark and espresso for me!). I am a bit sad that the price has gone up significantly in the last 5 years (double!) where I live! But I will continue to purchase as the value for quality is unsurpassed!
