It’s constantly sliding down on the top of the head portion and doesn’t get secure enough to hold the weight of the front up. You’re left holding the headset up so it doesn’t droop. This also creates unnecessary pressure on the nose bridge. A better strap would make this at least 4 stars if not 5.
