Just ground sesame seeds and salt (doesn't taste salty), kosher and pareve (no meat or dairy ingredients, suitable for vegans) and it is made in Israel. You do need to stir it because it has oil that separates. Some people add water or lemon juice to use it for dressing, but I just stir it and add a spoonful to nuts or cold cereal (great with shredded wheat). Comes in a 2-pack, so it lasts for a while.
