Hard as a rock and not in a good way.
Maybe it's me but I felt like this bag was made from cardboard. It was stiff and hard to get into. It just felt cheap and hard. On the flip side I loved the size and strap. Make a bag less stiff out of fabric and I'd buy it. I returned this one.
