After reading tons of reviews for different brands of toilet seat risers, the Agrish toilet seat riser was by far the best choice...it was even better in person! I needed a toilet seat riser after I had major knee surgery because our toilet was too low to the ground. Let me tell ya, this toilet seat riser has been a lifesaver! It's very sturdy & excellent quality! It won't tip over, is easy to assemble, it's very lightweight, easy to p/u & remove so others can easily use the toilet. I appreciate that it folds up, is easy to store, and both the height & width are adjustable! The riser will accommodate both small & large adults (small framed people won't feel like they're gonna fall through & us on the fluffier side don't feel smooshed) Our bathroom vanity is right next to the toilet so there's not much room between the vanity & toilet, but you can adjust the riser's width/height to accommodate the size you need. The seat cushion is a comfortable thick cushion and lifts up for easy cleaning. This is definitely a great quality product and a great value! *Side Note: I did discover that if you have a round toilet seat, make sure the riser is positioned as far back against the toilet as possible or you may end up peeing on the floor, if you're a female. We have a kiddo who has had some medical issues & surgeries, so we need some adaptive products to make our home & bathrooms easier to be navigated for the child. We have a separate portable potty with a bucket for any time when she can't make it to the bathroom due to limited mobility, & also needed a seat in the bathroom that would give more stability & safety with a frame around the seat. We have a bar on the wall, but needed bars on BOTH sides for times when she needs more support (like after surgery), which was not possible without buying a free standing toilet seat/ commode. Our toilets are not surrounded by walls on both sides, so a bar on both sides is not possible. This commode fits very well over our toilets. It is FULLY ADJUSTABLE, very STABLE, & the seat is much COMFIER than the ones that are hard plastic. She really appreciates the cushioned seat. The seat can be removed easily for cleaning, & it can also be lifted upwards out of the way, if there are other males in the home, etc who need to use the potty, but don't need the raised seat. They can swivel the seat out of the way & do their thing while standing, just like they do with just a regular toilet. That way you don't risk getting urine on the seat & you don't have to move the whole unit out of the way for able bodied males to be able to use it while standing. Assembly was a matter of minutes, & adjustments are super quick with the push button adjustments. The TP holder on the side is a nice touch. I WOULD purchase this again.

Purchased to use after knee replacement. I was replacing an elevated seat that just attached to the toilet and didnt feel stable to me. This is made well and felt very stable. The seat cushion is comfortable. The width adjustments were perfect. My only complaint is the height adjustment. I am 5’7” and it was just slightly too high for me even on the lowest setting. However, I was able to use it and would very highly recommend for anyone taller. If it had one more down adjustment I would have rated a 5.

I got this raised toilet seat with handles to help a family member with some mobility issues, to make it an easier more comfortable situation. So this is easy to use it just fits onto my existing toilet without doing any modifications, it clamps down which makes it feel nice and secure. The handles are helpful for getting up and down, and they feel sturdy enough to support my weight. The added height definitely makes a difference, and it is much easier on the knees. The padding is adequate and it makes sitting there a lot more comfortable than just a hard plastic seat. It is easily cleaned I just use disinfectant wipes and a steam sanitizer. There is a slight movement in the seat when I sit down sometimes it has not come loose or anything but I just check and tighten the clamps and it has been fine. In general, this raised toilet seat does what it is supposed to. It has made getting on and off the toilet easier, and the handles provide good support. It is an affordable solution that makes the bathroom more accessible.

On the plus side, this seat is easy to put together and is comfortable. However, it is not as stable as a previous one I had. It does shake a bit when pressure is used to get on or off. Another problem is the engineering of the seat itself. Rather than being hinged at the rear so that it flips up and down, this seat is attached by 4 clips—2 front, 2 rear. This makes it difficult to raise the seat if you want to use the toilet standing up. The front clips are difficult to disengage and re-engage when done. OK for a woman, I guess, but a pain for a man.

I am satisfied with my purchase. It is comfortable to seat and adjustable in height and width. Good quality.
