Do I have to apply it after I wash my hair

For best results we recommend you to use it Over night or at least 3 hours alternate days. You can even use it as after shower serum in lesser quantity as oil is light, it will help in keeping hair moist and won't give a sticky feeling.

Can I use it on damp hair after hair wash? Little amount on the scalp?

I’d personally use it b4 washing my hair. One person mentioned that your scalp may start to itch after about an hour so I leave mine on 4 1/2 an hour and I wash my hair.

is it normal for your head to itch a little after applying the oil?

I personally have not encountered the itching effect - if anything adding the oil supposedly keeps dandruff at bay. What do you use when you rise - any kind of soap? It might be the soap you are using..
