PIONEER GOLD Paydirt Panning Pay Dirt Bag - Gold Prospecting Concentrate Large

This is our first paydirt bag purchased. We did a lot of researching on the various gold paydirts out there and ended up choosing this one because it seemed like a good deal. We also like the prospect of getting the 'Mother Load'. My 10 year old son loves to read about gold mining and pans for gold on the river but we have not found any yet. This ended up being really fun. We dumped the whole thing in the pan and started panning. Later we read you should do one spoonful at a time. Do that. Also add a drop of soap like the instructions say to do, we had one piece float. Initially we thought maybe we got nothing but then on one swoosh of the water a big streak of gold flakes showed up, it was really fun!

Absolute joke. Found 1 small flake for $27. I wasn’t expecting much but one flake that will float is ridiculous. The money was not the problem, it was wasting the time for not having any gold. I should have bought a sack of play sand. The dirt that comes is white and turns the water very milky.

Gold delivered just like advertised. I have two Grandsons ages 8 and 9 and they had a blast panning for gold. I told them about my grandfather prospecting during the depression in California. I remember the stories my father told me. Since I'm in Florida the best way for me to share the experience is to purchase dirt and let them enjoy. I loved hearing them call out eureka every time they found color in their pans. I recommend this product to anyone who wants the excitement of panning for gold and actually finding it in their pan.

Material had 2 gold flakes that didnt even registere weight on the scale. Material did contain a lot of mica and pyrite. While I never expect to get my money back with prepackaged pay dirt, the amount of pyrite was significant. While the experience was fun, would not recommend this for a beginner, or if you were expecting guaranteed gold.

Extremely disappointed! Only 1 VERY TINY flake, less than 1/2mm at widest point! I attempted to weigh this flake on my gold scale. Flake was so tiny that a weight would not even register on the display! I originally wasn't expecting much gold to come from this bag, but damn what a screw job!! Buy Elsewhere!

If looking for a fun thing to try, it’s nice. Don’t expect to get rich. Found 2 small nuggets and some extremely tiny flakes. But was fun to learn and experience how to do this. Do recommend buying a whole panning kit as well if this is your 1st time.

Apparently people that get paid dirt don’t understand that pay dirt is for a test to make sure that you’re catching your gold. If you’re trying to get gold go to the pawnshop and buy yourself some gold. Pay-dirt is for testing your gold machine. So I give 5 stars because you are the lowest concentrated pay-dirt for testing performance & perfection. And U are saving me time so I thank you. 🙏 ⛏️
