Since starting to use it I get to sleep much easier and feel a lot better for it. It is recommended to just spray two pumps max three on your pillow. Too much spray has the opposite affect as you can feel like you are being smothered in lavender etc. Definitely recommend. Dieser Spray is einfach super. Seitdem ich ihn nutze schlafe ich viel leichter ein und fühle mich dafür viel besser. Es wird empfohlen zweimal max dreimal auf dem Kissen zu sprühen. Zuviel Spray hat ein gegenteiliger affekt da man das gefühl bekommt in Lavendel zu ersticken.
