Outdated yeast
I was initially sent an outdated packet of yeast. I was given a second packet as a replacement and that packet was also outdated. Now I have 2 packets of bad yeast. Maybe they will still ferment well, maybe not? I am sure the yeast brand is just fine, but the shipper is not.
