Check that the battery is securely connected and the positive and negative terminals of the battery are correctly connected. Check whether the charging voltage matches with the battery and whether the charging parameters are set correctly.

Q3: Connect the load not charge

After the battery over-discharge protection, disconnect the load and wait until the battery voltage is restored before charging, or use a charger with 0V charging function to charge.
