We recommend using thru-bolts or lag bolts to mount our tire swivel; mounting hardware is not included as the size of the hardware will depend on the size of the swing beam that is being used. The swing is used multiple times a day and we have worn out our previous swing attachments due to metal fatigue. I finally found this item and was very pleased with the ball and joint design that allows for smooth swinging, bouncing, and spinning. Instead of metal rubbing constantly against metal, this attachment has a pocket design that I call the joint which comes packed with grease allowing for the ball part of the attachment to move freely inside it as my child swings and spins. I did buy a grease cartridge and grease gun for future maintenance to ensure the ball and joint are sufficiently greased. The attachment is also very heavy so be sure to install it carefully and properly in something sturdy. Ours is installed in a ceiling joist with long, heavy duty screws. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very strong and easy to put up *by J***. on July 6, 2023* I use this for a new tire swing and it works well.
