Good glove, good value. Still tough to close for small hands, but it has a good pocket to work with.

My 8 year old daughter playing 8U really enjoys this glove. It made a huge difference moving up to the 10.5” leather glove from her prior 9” polyurethane model. She catches things better and with more confidence, not having to depend on her other hand as much to cradle the ball to keep it from bouncing out. Sure, part of that is likely just moving up to a larger mitt, but I do think part is due to the “sure catch” groove at the base of the glove, which makes it much easier for her to fully close. I wholeheartedly recommend this glove, and will likely pick up some of the bigger sizes once my little one grows out of her current model.
