Optivision is a good product for regular eye treatment . I would recommend it

Very good product for for keeping eyes health.

They can be easy to swallow at times the capsules the tablets I have no problem with but the capsules I do find with most I struggle with taking them these ones I have managed to take more than most so I will give them that

Some of the tablets were loose in the box and I could not take them as they may have been contaminated.

This is a box of 30 capsules and 30 tablets, stored in blisterpacks that are painless to open. The majority of the ingredients are in the tablet, and in the capsule you get the Algal Omega 3 oil. You can take both the tablet and capsule at the same time, or space them out. The capsules are a nice small size and go down easy. The tablets... I can feel them take a bit longer to make their way down, with the mouth-taste to remind me. Make sure you don't chew anything, just swallow. Judging by the way the tablet smells and my burps taste, chewing it would be a flavor explosion of absolute horror. I've had no ill effects from taking this as suggested on the box for about a week now, which I think is a nice chunk of time to tell whether my body doesn't like it for whatever reason. Of course, if this changes, I'll update my review. But for now, I think this is a perfectly fine set of vision-supporting vitamins.

A relative has been trying these in place of their usual bilberry tablets. The Optivision contain no bilberry, but have the same zeaxanthin and lutein active inredients, plus several additional ingredients not found in the bilberry ones. There is twice as much lutein in these, 20mg (not 200mg as shown in one place on the listing) versus 10mg, and the zeaxanthin content is the same (I believe 2000 microgrammes is the same as 2 milligrammes). It's quite unusual to have the treatment divided between a tablet and a capsule, but it's no real hardship to take the two once a day, either together or separately, and i'm told they're easy to swallow. As to the packaging, I was a little critical of another product from this company that has a similar blister pack in a box in a sleeve in cellophane presentation that looked over the top to me, but I think in this case it works quite well, and presumably makes the product cheaper and easier to post than a bottle, for example. It's good to see a supplement like this free of animal content or testing, and vegan-friendly. And the cost, currently £18.49 for a one-month supply, about double that of the bilberry tablets, may reflect the high-quality ingredients. I am puzzled as to why the flavour is stated as 'fish' in the listing.

I take a few different supplements now because I’m getting older, most of them from Healthspan. They are a highly respected brand. My eyes have recently felt like they needed something to strengthen them, so chose OptiVision to SEE if it made a difference, unfortunately for me they gave me tummy ache, I had to stop taking them.

I tried Healthspan OptiVision tablets hoping to find relief for my dry eyes and boost my overall eye health. I do believe the ingredients are high quality, and that Healthspan is a reputable brand. Knowing that the supplements are sourced responsibly and undergo rigorous testing is reassuring. However, I'd have preferred at least 600mg of DHA in the supplements rather than 250mg. I feel that a higher dose could have been more beneficial for my dry eyes, but as it is unfortunately I noticed no improvements while using these supplements. I would also have preferred a gummy format. These tablets are smooth and not as hard to swallow as some, but you can't beat a gummy for flavour, convenience, and ease of swallowing. Not sure why anyone would opt for non-gummy alternatives now that gummy options are so widely available! Still, for general eye health I do think these are good supplements. If you have specific problems such as dry eye, you may need to seek additional or more specialised solutions.
